Starduct Insulated Fire Damper, Model : S-FMD frame is made of Z180 galvanized steel sheet, thickness 1.15mm on auto-production line for high unifomity and insulated with a 58mm insulation board. Blades optional flanges C/TDC/V3/V4 subject to damper sizes.

Damper blade is made of thermal insulation panels, thickness 58mm on CNC production line of high precision, max. size 1200 x 800 mm. Bigger size dampers should be made up by many units/modules, each module running by separate moving mechnanism and control but being sycronized for running simultaneously by controlling devices.

Damper shafts are made of D20mm steel lathe. Shaft bearings fixed in damper frame. The 20 blade crankshaft with bearing bush is joined to pushing arm made of 5mm steel plate to closed and hold blade in place under any working pressure.

Operating by Belimo motor, type for fire and smoke damper, model FSLF - fast run time with return spring, auxiliary switches, made in USA.

The damper has been tested together with sealing system of Hilti CP606 fire-stop sealant.
