Products and Services

• Ductwork and Accessories: Manufactured to international standards such as SMACNA and DW142/144, ensuring durability and superior efficiency. NSCA’s fire-rated and insulated ducts (EI) have been tested and certified according to EN-ISO standards, meeting national fire safety requirements (QCVN 06:2023/BXD). These products offer fire resistance up to 2 hours (EI120) and are available in various sizes.

• Air Dampers: Includes volume control dampers (VCD) compliant with AMCA 500D standards, fire-rated, and insulated dampers designed to meet strict national and international standards. Fire-rated insulated dampers are certified to EN-ISO standards, offering fire resistance up to 2 hours (EI120), and come in a wide range of sizes and types for convenience.

• Air Grilles: Designed for HVAC and ventilation systems, compliant with ASHRAE and AMCA standards. These grilles are available in diverse designs and styles, finished with high-quality international-standard powder coating. They have been performance-tested for air performance as per ASHRAE 90:2006 standards and are exported to the US and other countries.

• VAV Box (Variable Air Volume): A superior product tested and certified to global standards by AHRI in 2024. NSCA is the only manufacturer in Vietnam and one of 57 worldwide certified for ARHI 880.

• Cable Trays and Ladders: Intelligently designed products compliant with Vietnamese and international standards. Optimized for material usage with cutting-edge manufacturing technology, achieving an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons.

• Hanger and Support Systems: Advanced solutions for MEP systems, especially seismic bracing for firefighting water pipes, water supply systems, and chillers, certified to UL203 and FM1951 standards.

• High-Quality Powder Coating: Equipped with the latest generation powder coating line meeting AAMA 2603 standards, ensuring exceptional durability with a warranty of up to 30 years. This technology is applied not only to cable trays but also to air grilles and louvers, enhancing corrosion resistance and aesthetics.

NSCA has supplied products to key projects such as Long Thanh Airport, Tan Son Nhat Terminal 3, Noi Bai Terminal 2, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City metro lines, government headquarters, and major industrial zones such as Hoa Phat Dung Quat, Luxshare, Foxconn, and Amkor.

Investment and Development

NSCA has invested in a new factory covering over 15,000 square meters, along with a modern headquarters of nearly 1,000 square meters. Additionally, the company has equipped testing labs to evaluate acoustic performance for products like silencers and acoustic louvers, as well as airflow performance for dampers, grilles, and weather louvers. These labs comply with international technical standards (ASTM 477/ISO 7025), ensuring the superior quality of NSCA’s products.
