Square Diffusers (louver face) have frame  made of extruded aluminum alloy grade A6063-T5 and 2-6 cores/blades made of 1.0mm aluminum sheet . Frame and blades are linked without welds by X-shape aluminum "skeleton" of the same grade that easily removed to access the OBD and other nearby parts of ducting system.  Frame and blades are linked by spring latches. All frame corners are reinfored by pressing special corner connectors for prevent them from twist and paint break
Powder coating finish in RAL9010 standard colors or optional color as requested with  Jotun paint or equivalent, service life over 5 years
The OBD is made of extruded aluminum, black painted. No plastic gears are used in the damper. Opposed blades of the damper are adjustable from the front of the grilles via lever or screw knob.

TYPICAL APPLICATION
Square ceiling diffusers are one of the industry standard supply air grilles.
The product is designed to supply large volumes of air in a stable horizontal air pattern that is close to the ceiling and without uncomfortable draft.
In lay-in application, the diffuser is placed into a T-bar ceiling grid without needs to change T-bar.
The frame is also suitable for flat surface mounting.
