The Terminal 3 (T3) at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City is Vietnam’s newest and largest domestic passenger terminal, officially inaugurated on April 19, 2025.

✈️ Key Highlights:

  • Annual Capacity: 20 million passengers
  • Structure: 5 levels (1 basement + 4 above-ground floors)
  • Facilities:
    • 90 traditional check-in counters
    • 42 self-service kiosks + 20 automated bag-drop counters
    • 27 boarding gates (13 jet bridges, 14 bus gates)
    • 25 security lanes, 10 baggage carousels
    • VIP lounge, free Wi-Fi, dining, shopping, and leisure zones
  • Smart Travel: Equipped with ACV Self-service systems for automated check-in, baggage drop, and e-gate boarding
  • Connectivity: Free shuttle buses run every 20 minutes between Terminals T1, T2, and T3

🛫 Operational Impact:

  • As of May 17, 2025, Vietnam Airlines has fully transferred all domestic flights to T3
  • In its first month, T3 handled 1,464 flights and served over 355,000 passengers, significantly easing congestion at Terminal 1

At Tan Son Nhat Airport Terminal 3 (T3)—Vietnam’s largest domestic passenger terminal—Ngôi Sao Châu Á (Asia Star) proudly supplies the complete Starduct product suite, with the exception of ductwork. This comprehensive package includes:

  • Fire-rated air dampers (EI-certified)
  • Volume control dampers (VCDs)
  • Air grilles and diffusers
  • Ventilation louvers
  • VAV box Single duct type (>700 pcs)
