The VinFast Automobile Manufacturing Factories Complex in Hai Phong is one of Vietnam’s most ambitious industrial developments, spanning 335 hectares within the Cat Hai Economic Zone. Developed by Vingroup, this high-tech complex includes production lines for electric cars, buses, and scooters, and is a cornerstone of Vietnam’s automotive industry.

Ngôi Sao Châu Á (Star Asia) proudly provided a comprehensive range of Starduct-branded products for this mega project, including:

• Fire-rated air dampers (EI-certified)
• All types of volume control dampers (VCDs)
• Various air grilles and diffusers
• Duct silencers for acoustic control in ventilation systems

These systems are deployed across multiple factory zones—such as the press shop, body shop, paint shop, engine shop, and assembly lines—ensuring:

• Fire safety and compartmentalization
• Precise airflow regulation
• Noise reduction in high-capacity ventilation systems
• Energy-efficient and cleanroom-compliant environments
